NUMATRONIC 2026 The Electronic Story Continues in Slovenian Istria

Following the success of its first edition, NUMATRONIC returned to Open Air Bonifika in Koper on 4 July 2026 with an upgraded concept, an even stronger music programme and a clear goal: to continue building a new electronic music tradition in Slovenian Istria.

This year’s story was shaped by the wave—a symbol of movement, connection and collective energy. NUMATRONIC 2026 once again brought together local and international visitors, transforming Open Air Bonifika into a spectacular open-air club beneath the stars for one unforgettable night.

From Emerging Talent to Internationally Renowned Artists

Once again, the line-up was curated with a clear mission: to connect different generations of electronic music while providing a platform for local artists and emerging talent alongside internationally established names.

The evening was opened by DEJVI DJ, who, at just 12 years old, confidently stepped behind the decks and delivered the first beats of the event. His performance reflected NUMATRONIC’s ongoing mission to give young and emerging artists the opportunity to perform on a major stage.

He was followed by GLIA, a Slovenian DJ who lives and works in Berlin. She brought the influence of one of Europe’s most important electronic music hubs to the stage in Koper, gradually building the atmosphere with her carefully curated selection.

Next up was Italian DJ and producer MARCO FARAONE, one of the leading names on today’s international electronic music scene. With an energetic and technically accomplished set, he took the night into its peak hours and prepared the crowd for the evening’s most anticipated performance.

A Special Vinyl Performance by UMEK b2b SHDW

The defining moment of this year’s NUMATRONIC was the exclusive vinyl performance by UMEK b2b SHDW. UMEK, a pioneer of Slovenian electronic music and one of the country’s most internationally recognised artists, returned to vinyl for the first time in many years.

Together with SHDW, he delivered a special set that connected techno’s roots with the energy of the contemporary club scene. Their performance was both a tribute to vinyl culture and one of those rare musical moments that made this year’s edition of NUMATRONIC truly unique.

SPACE 92 Brings the Night to an Explosive Close

The final part of the evening belonged to SPACE 92, one of the leading figures of the contemporary French techno scene, making his first-ever appearance in Slovenia. Known for his distinctive, high-energy sound and tracks that regularly reach the top of the Beatport charts, the French producer delivered an explosive finale.

His performance completed a musical journey that began with a young local talent, continued with established Slovenian and international artists, and reached its peak with an extraordinary vinyl experience.

Outstanding Production and Collective Energy

This year’s edition was once again designed as a complete experience, bringing music, production and the energy of the crowd together into one cohesive story. A carefully designed stage, impressive lighting effects, striking visuals and a thoughtfully arranged venue created an authentic open-air club atmosphere.

The crowd brought its own energy to every performance, proving once again that electronic music is reclaiming its rightful place on the Slovenian coast.

Building the Future of the Electronic Music Scene

NUMATRONIC 2026 brought together internationally recognised names, local artists and a new generation of talent. From 12-year-old DEJVI DJ to the special UMEK b2b SHDW vinyl set and SPACE 92’s first performance in Slovenia, every artist contributed their own chapter to this year’s story.

With this edition, NUMATRONIC continues to pursue its vision: creating a space for connection, development and growth within the electronic music community while building an event in Slovenian Istria with a clear identity and a strong vision for the future.
